4.0D x 76mm Bright Round Nylon Staple Fiber is a coarse-denier, long-length nylon staple fiber designed for applications that require high bulkiness, good rigidity, and a lustrous appearance. The "4.0D" indicates a relatively coarse fiber fineness, providing each fiber with good stiffness, resilience, and resistance to compression. The "76mm" represents the fiber length, which falls into the long-staple or wool-type fiber range, making it suitable for wool spinning systems and high-bulk yarn production. "Bright" refers to the high-luster finish achieved with minimal titanium dioxide content, giving the fiber a shiny and glossy surface.
