4D × 64mm Semi-Dull Dope Dyed Acrylic Fiber (Black) is a high-performance, solution-dyed synthetic fiber specifically designed for applications requiring consistent, deep black color with excellent colorfastness. The dope dyeing process incorporates pigment directly into the fiber polymer before extrusion, eliminating the need for post-dyeing and ensuring uniform, long-lasting color throughout the fiber cross-section.
With a fineness of 4 denier and a cut length of 64mm, this fiber is optimally suited for woolen and semi-worsted spinning systems, as well as non-woven applications such as needle punch and automotive textiles.
